We hope you love your purchase! But if you change your mind for any reason, we’re happy to offer an exchange or full refund within 30 days of receiving your product under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. All returns are processed and handled in our US warehouse so we can conduct a full QC report, therefore all international returns must be shipped to our US returns facility and customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs documentation. Customers are responsible for return shipping and associated costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty Policy

RENDEZVOUS eyewear products are warranted for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase that clearly shows the purchase date. RENDEZVOUS does not warrant against any lens scratches. Alteration, misuse, abuse, or installation of other lenses will void this warranty. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by us. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange items is to firstly return your item to us. Once the return is received and accepted by the courier, we will send your replacement as soon as possible.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
